Here's the first few images from a double session with this cute kid. He was a crazy man at the skate park! It's no secret to Little H's parents that he does not like to have his photo taken. We've had several sessions with him when we just didn't get anything at all. This little warm-up session in the park worked wonders for the "real" portrait session that we did after feeding him. It has me rethinking the whole portrait session thing with kids. Some kids take a long time to trust a stranger who comes at them with this huge camera and crazy giraffe puppet that bites their mom's nose. Has anyone out there had a bad portrait experience that a little warm-up session may have helped?
